MLS Subscription: Your Agent pays for an MLS membership and should set you up to receive listings directly from MLS, which include New Listings as well as Delayed properties that can’t be seen on 3rd party sites like Realtor.com and Zillow.


Network Properties: Another great way to find properties is through your Agent. She may have a prior client willing to sell or can knock on doors in an area of interest or know someone willing to do a One-Party Listing, etc...


Showings: When you find a property you want to see, your agent will scheduled, confirm and provide an appointment route with driving instructions for multiple showings.

Offers: This is where the Buyer Agent shines. She will work closely with you to draw up contractural paperwork as strategically as possible to help your offer according to your best interest.


Contingencies: The contingency communicates that if the clause isn't met, the buyer has the right to back out of the purchase. Your Buyer Agent will meet you at the house for inspections, tests or other contingency appointments.
